Collision Center and Auto Body Repair
When we moved to Daleville over four years ago, our customers moved with us. We acquired more land and more friends who needed more services, so we added a full-service body shop. Over time, our body shop has risen to the top with quality work by quality people, just like the other areas of our dealership. Some of our points of pride include:
- We care when a lot of Body Shops don’t. Collisions are stressful and we treat you as an individual. We’ll sit down, listen to your story, and empathize with you in your time of stress…you are NOT just another number to us.
- We make the process easy. From the time you step into the office to your soon return for pickup, we handle almost everything, including negotiations with your insurance company.
- If you do not have rental coverage with your insurance company, we offer a free loaner car.

Avoid Insurance Steering
Steering is when insurance companies try to tell you to take your vehicle to their preferred “direct repair” body shop. They often say you'll get a lifetime warranty and repairs will be faster; however, these shops give discounts to insurance companies for work, so their quality of work is often lower than independent shops. You have the legal right to the body shop of your choice!
Some insurance companies may request multiple estimates. If you have the time and desire to get multiple estimates, it is your choice. Legally, you only have to provide your insurance company one estimate, which is the repair facility of “your” choice . You can always choose where to have your car repaired, regardless of price.

Example: 40 hours of labor divided by 4 = 10 days for the repairs to be completed.
We are known for performing repairs quicker than the industry average. But keep in mind, there our other factors that could make the repair process slower. Such as: Insurance Companies that are slow to handle a claim, parts that may be on back order, Holidays, and such. Normally though, these are not a real problem or concern.
