When we moved to Daleville over four years ago, our customers moved with us. We acquired more land and more friends who needed more services, so we added a full-service body shop. Over time, our body shop has risen to the top with quality work by quality people, just like the other areas of our dealership. Some of our points of pride include:

What to do if you’re in an accident:

Call your insurance company.
Report the accident. Tell them you’re having your vehicle repaired at Sam Pierce Chevrolet.

On Weekdays 7AM to 5PM, call us (378-1100):
We will tow from the scene of the accident to our shop. We can also bring you to the shop; take you to work or home, or anything that makes the whole process easier and convenient for you. |

3. |
On Weekdays After 5PM or Weekends:
Call your local towing company and have your vehicle towed to our location. Put your keys in our drop box in front of our Service Department.
Call us (378-1100) and leave a message for the Body Shop, or Tim Green. Arrange for a ride home. |

We’ll call you to discuss the accident and entire repair process. |
|
5. |
We’ll repair your vehicle and take care of insurance paperwork. |

6. |
We’ll call you for pickup and we can bring you to the shop. |
We Want You To Know
Avoid Insurance Steering
Steering is when insurance companies try to tell you to take your vehicle to their preferred “direct repair” body shop. They often say you'll get a lifetime warranty and repairs will be faster; however, these shops give discounts to insurance companies for work, so their quality of work is often lower than independent shops. You have the legal right to the body shop of your choice!
Multiple Estimates
Some insurance companies may request multiple estimates. If you have the time and desire to get multiple estimates, it is your choice. Legally, you only have to provide your insurance company one estimate, which is the repair facility of “your” choice . You can always choose where to have your car repaired, regardless of price.

Our Facility
We have an 8,000 square foot facility with plenty of lighting and space to work on numerous vehicles at the same time. We have the following equipment: Frame and Uni -body machine with three dimensional measuring, Garmat downdraft paint booth, Mig welders, and all the other tools and equipment necessary to repair today’s advanced vehicles.
Our Staff
Tim Green is the Operations Manager of the Sam Pierce Chevrolet Collision Center. He has enjoyed restoring vehicles and managing for 28 years. He also has the same training as his technicians, with advanced management training. It’s extremely important for a manager to know the proper procedures needed to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, along with the other tasks involved being a manager. We are blessed to have Tim since 2007.
We have 6 technicians on staff, which three are capable of refinishing and painting, which cuts down on cycle time if we have a lot of paint work at one time. All technicians are trained in collision repair services with ICar Training - ASE Certifications, along with GM Training.

Notes from the Manager
I have been in the automotive industry my whole career since High School. I fell in love with repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, and to see the thrill and excitement of happy - satisfied customers. I have never lost my enthusiasm through my years of being a technician, owner, or manager and I keep up with the latest repair procedures and technology. Which I promise to the best of my ability, your vehicle will be repaired right, and will be safe, the first time. That is a bold statement that we back up unashamedly.
I pride myself in making the repair process an easy one for you… the vehicle owner who is going through an unplanned inconvenience with an accident, whether it was your fault or not. From the time you come by Sam Pierce Chevrolet for an estimate, till the time you pick up your vehicle, I promise to take care of everything that’s involved from the beginning, till end. The first thing my customers usually tell me is when they pick their vehicle up is, “wow, that was so easy, you took care of everything as promised” We also get a lot of compliments also about how clean their vehicle is, after the repairs are complete.
