I recently brought my vehicle to Sam Pierce Chevrolet for a suspension noise, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Brandon Whetsel and his supporting staff did a fantastic job getting my vehicle in and out while making sure all of my concerns were addressed. Throughout the repair process, they kept me well informed with timely updates, and I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. The professionalism, communication, and attention to customer service were exceptional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Super nice people

So I take my 2025 Equinox vehicle in for oil change,tire rotation and this horrible humming,vibrating,that I can actually see my rear view mirror literally vibrating. This is the 3rd time I have mentioned this to the dealership. They have my vehicle over 2 1/2 and find nothing wrong. Figures. Then I get told that there is a recall on that vehicle for the ONSTAR it needs a module. And there is not one module in that dealership imagine that. So now I have to wait until it comes in. The second module that has been replaced in that vehicle. Okay so now I have no navigation system and no way to get help with ONSTAR should something happen and this just didn't happen my ONSTAR hasn't been working for atleast 2 months and I pay for that crap and it's not working. Then we are traveling on vacation today7/2 and guess what that vibration and noise was on and off all the way on that 4 hour drive. Also there are two other people in the vehicle as well that heard it. So I get out of the car and I am looking at the drivers side tire and I said to my husband look at that tire,it looks like brake dust is all over it. Sure does! So here is what is going to happen. When I get back from my vacation you are going to get that vehicle and I am going to get a loaner (one that works properly) at your cost and you are going to work on that vehicle as long as it takes,or if you don't fix the problem I m going to back out of that lease and get into a new vehicle. I will never ever lease a demo car again. Too many issues....
