An employee followed up on a web site chat - she set up appointment for us to visit the salesperson, Tyler and provided additional information on our 2025 Traverse High Country Tyler was very informative on the vehicle and able to walk us through everything it had compared to our 2020 Red Line Traverse. After a short test drive, he allowed us to take the Traverse for a few hours while my wife and I discussed the purchase. Tyler laid out the deal and then Josh took care of the financial paperwork. The paperwork was handled efficiently, thoroughly completed in the fastest time of any previous purchases with other dealers. We purchased the premier maintenance plan with Sam Pierce to keep the vehicle in excellent shape for several years. Kudos to all the people we had the experience of getting us into our new Traverse.
