I would definitely recommend Andrew Cmar as a person to handle any of your needs there, he’s amazing. Now as for actual work on a vehicle I would not recommend Sam Pierce. Car had to be towed for a problem that was already addressed and was fine, yet then when I picked up I made it about a mile before it happen again. Seems to be a common problem that any issues are taking 2-3 times before they are fixed. Clearly something is not right in the mechanics of the service dept. this is my last vehicle fro Sam Pierce.

The communication from the body shop was terrible. I had to call to find out the progress on my vehicle. I was told it would be complete on a Thursday or Friday... I got it back the following Wednesday because an additional part was broken. I had to call on Friday, only then did I learn about the additional part being broken and replacement being required. The delay in getting my car back and incurring additional rental car fees was very frustrating. I’m going to Hare Chevrolet next time.
